Cancellation Policy

Slay & Save Package Policies – Please Read Carefully *This package includes 12 total sessions to be used within 12 months from the purchase date. Sessions may be booked in advance and are subject to availability. *Hair not included. 1. One Install Per Month Only This package includes 1 qw install per calendar month. Installs do not roll over or stack if unused. Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried over to future months. 2. No Refunds or Transfers The $1220 payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser. Package must be PAID IN FULL at checkout. 3. Booking Responsibility You are responsible for booking future appointments. You can log back in and book future sessions at any time after purchase. No deposit required. Each appointment uses ONE session regardless of service type. Service types include Frontal/closure qw install and Leave-outs ONLY! 27 piece or half up half down qw installs do not apply. 4. Late or Missed Appointments If you miss your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed service for that month. Missed sessions are non-refundable and will not be replaced. 5. Prep is Included Frontal/closure must be dropped off 24-48hrs prior to appointment. Client hair must be washed and blow dried prior to each service. 6. Install Only – No Add-Ons Included The package includes qw installs and styling. Add-ons like color or touch-ups are NOT included. 7. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once per month with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may result in forfeiting that month’s appointment. 8. Policy Agreement Required By purchasing this package, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
